Company History
Co-Unity HR Limited began in 2018 as Tailormade Quality for Business, founded by Catherine Perry from her spare bedroom with a clear mission: to simplify quality assurance and become a trusted extension of a company’s team. What started as a one-woman operation quickly grew, offering hands-on QA management tailored to each client’s needs. Evolving to Co-Unity HR within an 8 year lifespan.
Recognising that businesses needed more than just quality support, Catherine—armed with a Level 7 qualification in HR Management—expanded Co-Unity HR services to include HR consultancy. Health & Safety support was a natural next step, and with industry-recognised H&S qualifications and IOSH membership, the business began offering trusted advice and guidance in workplace safety.
Today, Co-Unity HR Limited operates from its office in Hythe, proudly serving a wide range of industries—from construction and trades to health and social care. We’re certified by CQI/IRCA, IOSH, and CIPD, bringing professional credibility and proven expertise to every client relationship.
We’re an award-winning team with a straightforward approach, delivering real results in quality, compliance, HR, and health & safety. As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: to be a reliable partner for businesses who want to get things right and move forward with confidence.
